Prerequisites
>>> You are a professional and regularly active artist AND
>>> Your work is related to the sea
From all incoming submissions, we select those that fit the current concept of Art and Sea.
Should your works NOT be selected, this is NOT a reflection of their artistic quality, but has solely to do with the fact that we wish to build a cohesive catalog of works.
You are, of course, welcome to apply again at any time.
The application itself is currently free of charge; after we have invited you to join, the following fee per accepted work applies:
€ 5 for works up to 50 cm (length + width)
€ 10 for works up to 100 cm (length + width)
€ 20 for works over 100 cm (length + width)
Example:
A work measures 30 x 50 cm > 30 cm + 50 cm is 80 cm - this is less than 100 cm, therefore the fee for this work is € 10.
The fee is payable only once per work and serves to cover the operating costs of Art and Sea as well as the promotion of the catalog on the internet.
Payment is made via a payment link that we will send you along with your acceptance notification.
Every work, provided it has not been sold beforehand, will remain in the catalog for at least 12 months.
We charge NO commission for works sold through our catalog; instead, we refer interested customers directly to you.
The sale, shipping, and further contact with the customers in connection with this work are then your own responsibility.
From the pool of artists represented in the catalog, we also select those to be invited to our regularly held exhibitions.
